本文研究了试验条件对20Cr2Ni4A钢奥氏体晶粒长大倾向的影响,结果表明:(1)钢的奥氏体晶粒长大倾向不仅决定于钢中酸溶铝、原始组织,而且也决定于加热速度,而冶标对加热速度没有规定,应结合生产作一适当的规定;(2)用测定奥氏体晶粒的粗化温度比奥氏体本质晶粒度更能反映出钢的奥氏体晶粒粗化过程;(3)用视域中粗大晶粒所占面积比切线法测得奥氏体晶粒平均弦尺寸,更能反映出晶粒粗化过程和各种冶金因素的影响。
