为研究活性橡胶添加剂对沥青胶结料高温性能影响的变化规律,该文通过多应力重复蠕变恢复试验,并结合传统的沥青高温评价指标,对掺加活性橡胶的沥青胶结料进行高温性能评价。研究结果表明:活性橡胶能够显著提高基质沥青的软化点和60℃动力黏度;降低沥青胶结料的不可恢复蠕变柔量Jnr,提高平均应变恢复率R;活性橡胶能够显著提高基质沥青的高温性能,不可恢复蠕变柔量Jnr、平均应变恢复率R与沥青的高温性能相关性较好,多应力重复蠕变恢复试验能较好地评价沥青胶结料的高温性能。
In order to study the influence of active rubber additive on the high temperature performance of asphalt cement, this article through the multi-stress repeated creep recovery test, combined with the traditional asphalt high temperature evaluation index, the asphalt binder with the active rubber to evaluate the high temperature performance. The results show that: the active rubber can significantly improve the softening point and the dynamic viscosity at 60 ℃; reduce the unrecoverable creep compliance Jnr of asphalt cement and improve the average strain recovery rate R; reactive rubber can significantly improve the high temperature performance of matrix asphalt , Non-recoverable creep compliance Jnr and average strain recovery rate R have good correlation with high temperature performance of asphalt, and multi-stress repeated creep recovery test can better evaluate the high temperature performance of asphalt binder.
