目的探讨MRI弥散加权成像与多层螺旋CT(multi-slice computed tomography,MSCT)在宫颈癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2013年1月—2014年11月收治的宫颈癌患者96例作为研究对象。对所有患者进行MSCT及MRI检查,根据影像学结果进行诊断并判定病情分期,与病理实验结果进行比较,分析MRI在宫颈癌诊断及指导临床治疗中的应用价值。计数资料采用χ2检验,等级资料采用秩和检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 MRI检查准确诊断宫颈癌88例,准确率91.67%,MSCT准确诊断70例,准确率72.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI及病理检查对宫颈癌病理分期判断结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MRI检查能够准确诊断宫颈癌,且可初步判定临床病理分期,为临床治疗方案的选择提供参考,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the value of MRI diffusion-weighted imaging and multi-slice computed tomography (MSCT) in the diagnosis of cervical cancer. Methods Ninety-six patients with cervical cancer admitted from January 2013 to November 2014 were selected as the study subjects. All the patients were examined by MSCT and MRI. According to the imaging findings, the patients were diagnosed and the stage of the disease was determined. The results were compared with the pathological results, and the value of MRI in the diagnosis and guidance of cervical cancer was analyzed. Count data using χ2 test, grade data using rank sum test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The accurate diagnosis rate of cervical cancer by MRI was 88 cases (91.67%). The accuracy of MSCT diagnosis was 70 cases (72.92%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). MRI and pathological examination of cervical cancer pathological staging to determine the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion MRI examination can accurately diagnose cervical cancer, and can initially determine the clinical stage, provide a reference for the choice of clinical treatment options, worthy of clinical application.
