通过自制的冲击腐蚀磨损试验机,分别在阴极保护和无阴极保护条件下,研究了高锰钢在锡矿浆料中腐蚀磨损行为。结果表明,无阴极保护条件下高锰钢的腐蚀磨损率随冲击功的增大而增大,但阴极保护下的腐蚀磨损率先增加后减小,在冲击功为3J 时最大。无阴极保护的腐蚀磨损率始终高于有阴极保护的,阴极保护能有效抑制高锰钢在锡矿浆中的腐蚀及腐蚀磨损交互作用。
The corrosion and wear behavior of high manganese steel in tin slurry was studied by self-made impact corrosion testing machine under cathodic protection and cathodic protection respectively. The results show that the corrosion and wear rate of high manganese steel without cathodic protection increases with the increase of impact work, but the corrosion and wear rate first increases and then decreases with cathodic protection, and reaches the maximum when the impact energy is 3J. The corrosion wear rate without cathodic protection is always higher than that with cathodic protection. Cathodic protection can effectively inhibit the corrosion and corrosion wear interaction of high manganese steel in tin slurry.
