针对滚动轴承故障信号非平稳、非高斯的特点,提出了基于伪Wigner-Ville分布及小波变换的滚动轴承内、外圈故障诊断方法。在研究滚动轴承故障诊断机理,伪Wigner-Ville分布及小波变换理论的基础上,利用这两种方法对内圈、外圈故障的滚动轴承的振动信号进行了分析,提取了故障特征频率。结果表明,小波变换能够比伪Wigner-Ville分布更有效地提取轴承故障的特征信息,提高轴承故障诊断率。
Aiming at the non-stationary and non-Gaussian fault signals of rolling bearing, a method of fault diagnosis of inner and outer rings of rolling bearing based on pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution and wavelet transform is proposed. Based on the research of rolling bearing fault diagnosis mechanism, pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution and wavelet transform theory, the vibration signals of rolling bearing with inner ring and outer ring failure are analyzed by these two methods, and the fault characteristic frequency is extracted. The results show that the wavelet transform can extract the characteristic information of bearing fault more effectively than the pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution and improve the bearing fault diagnosis rate.
