检察权是法律监督权。检察机关(或检察官)是检察权的载体所在,它以法律监督机关的形式呈现出来。检察一体化是检察机关行使检察权工作的表现形式。对检察权、检察机关与检察一体化的探讨均须立足于既有法律秩序进行阐述才更有现实意义。
Prosecutorial power is the power of law. Procuratorial organ (or prosecutor) is the carrier of procuratorial power, and it is presented as a legal supervision organ. Procuratorial integration is the manifestation of procuratorial organs’ exercise of procuratorial power. The discussion on procuratorial power, prosecutorial organs and prosecutorial integration must be based on the existing legal order to explain more practical significance.
