目的:探讨白银地区儿童先天性心脏病的普查过程中,常规超声心动图联合胸骨右缘切面、剑下多切面检查的价值及应用结果.方法:我科以2010-2017年白银地区5400例儿童为检查对象,使用飞利浦HD-11及Iu-Elite为检查仪,进行常规超声心动图检查的同时,联合胸骨右缘切面、剑下多切面检查,共发现了各类先心病241例,对比男、女发病率,并对各种先天性心脏病做数据学统计分析.结论:常规超声心动图联合胸骨右缘切面、剑下多切面检查,解决了部分复杂先天性心脏病单纯依靠常规超声切面难以诊断的问题,显著提高了疾病的检出率和诊断准确率.
