浙江省近年来海洋捕捞总产量下降,而张网总产量却不断上升,可是张网单位产量出现了徘徊甚至下降的倾向。与浙江省传统的大、小黄鱼、乌贼等大幅度减产或波动情况相反,龙头鱼、风鲚、梅童鱼、细螯虾等却大量增加。张网在利用这些小型鱼、虾类的同时,大量损害着带鱼等经济鱼类幼鱼。本文分析了不同海区、不同月份、不同作业网具的损害经济幼鱼的情况,提出了控制张网数量、分别实行不同的禁渔规定等意见。
In recent years, the total marine fishing output in Zhejiang Province has dropped while the total net output of Zhangwang has been on the rise. However, the unit output of Zhangwang has tended to wander or even decline. Contrary to the drastic reduction or fluctuation of large, small yellow croaker and squid in Zhejiang Province, there is a substantial increase in faucet, feng shui, Mei Tongyu and crayfish. Zhang net in the use of these small fish, shrimp, while a large number of damage to the octopus and other economic fish juveniles. This paper analyzes the damage to economic juveniles in different sea areas, different months, and different operating nets, and puts forward some suggestions on controlling the number of net sheets and implementing different fishing ban regulations respectively.
