应用型本科院校的人才培养目标是培养应用技能型人才。金工实训是实现这一目标的重要环节。本文针对应用型本科的金工实训进行研究,提出基于模拟工厂模式下的金工实训改革,为学生营造更贴近真实工业生产环境实训模式。通过合理的实训内容、环境、制度,毕业生能更快、更好地适应现代智能化装备制造业的岗位需求。
The goal of talent training in applied undergraduate colleges is to train talents with applied skills. Metalworking training is an important part of achieving this goal. In this paper, based on the application of undergraduate metalworking training research, proposed based on simulation factory model of metalworking training reform for students to create a more realistic industrial production environment training mode. Through reasonable training contents, the environment, system and graduates can adapt quickly and better to the post requirements of the modern intelligent equipment manufacturing industry.
