The outcome of the seminar included the basic issues that should be addressed in the future. In many countries there is an imbalance of information, and implementation of water policy actions often lacks data or information support. Lack of resources and the lack of expertise in the collection, analysis and interpretation of water data have led many countries to limit their ability to collect water information.
