本研究收集10例健康有生育力男子的精液。经BWW液、纯铜及BWW孵育液,黄铜及BWW孵育液孵育,30和60分钟,用多次曝光法检测精子活力。作了LDH、ATP酶细胞化学及LDH电泳检查。结果表明经纯铜孵育60分钟后,精子运动率、运动速度及直线运动精子比例均显著下降,LDH活性降低,轴丝ATP酶活性及精子超微结构无明显改变。与黄铜孵育后除LDH活性下降外,其他各项指标与对照组相似。检测黄铜孵育液中铜浓度低于铜孵育液。本文对铜影响精子运动及作用机理作了讨论。
This study collected semen from 10 healthy and fertile men. The BWW solution, pure copper and BWW incubation solution, brass and BWW incubation solution incubated for 30 and 60 minutes, using multiple exposure method to detect sperm motility. Made LDH, ATP enzyme cytochemistry and LDH electrophoresis. The results showed that after 60 minutes incubation with pure copper, the sperm motility, motility and sperm motility decreased significantly, LDH activity decreased, axoneme ATPase activity and ultrastructure of sperm did not change significantly. In addition to LDH activity after incubation with brass, the other indicators are similar to the control group. The copper concentration in the test brass incubation was lower than that in the copper incubation. This paper discusses the effect of copper on sperm motility and its mechanism of action.
