通过构建发电厂竞争力及其作用因素的评价指标体系,提出了对发电厂竞争力进行评价和分类的系统方法。首先,运用灰色理论方法计算了发电厂竞争力的作用因素与其综合竞争力的灰色关联度,在此基础上建立了描述发电厂间相似程度的特征向量空间;然后,运用模糊聚类方法,对作用因素对竞争力的影响具有相同或相似特性的发电厂进行分类,为发电集团提供决策依据;最后,利用一家发电集团下属的13家发电厂的实际数据,证实了该方法的科学性与可行性。
By constructing the evaluation index system of power plant competitiveness and its influencing factors, a systematic method to evaluate and classify the competitiveness of power plants is proposed. First of all, using gray theory method to calculate the gray relational degree between the factors that affect the competitiveness of power plants and their comprehensive competitiveness. Based on this, the eigenvector space describing the similarity between power plants is established. Then, by using fuzzy clustering method, The factors that affect the competitiveness of power plants with the same or similar characteristics are classified to provide decision-making basis for power generation groups. Finally, the actual data of 13 power plants under one power generation group are used to confirm the scientificity and feasibility of the method Sex.
