本文采取对大学生心理健康现状进行分析的手段,并结合相关的心理学理论,表明了在大学生心理健康教育中体验的重要性。现在的大学心理健康教育应当要更加注重学生心理的真实感情,和学生互动交流,了解学生的生活经历及生活体验。结合在实践中的成功案例,分别从学生生活、活动、环境等三个方面对学生展开体验式心理健康教育,以让学生更好的进行生活体验和内心体验。
This article adopts the means of analyzing the status quo of college students ’mental health, combined with the relevant theory of psychology, shows the importance of experience in college students’ mental health education. At present, university mental health education should pay more attention to the real feelings of students ’psychology, interact with students and understand the students’ life experience and life experience. Combined with the successful cases in practice, students are respectively experiential mental health education from three aspects of student life, activity and environment so that students can make better living experience and inner experience.
