目前对如何提高化肥的利用率的研究,主要是从肥料本身的种类及剂型、施用技术及作物育种等三方面进行。本试验企图从研究杂交春小麦的吸肥特性,探讨其对提高化肥利用率的意义。 试验利用瓦氏盆,每盆装30斤砂质草甸土。土壤含有机质1.466%,水解性氮53.4ppm,速效磷17.0ppm,速效性钾260ppm,pH为7.3。 试验设无肥及施肥二个处理,重复3次,每盆施~N(15)丰度为10.65克分子%的尿素2.0克,以0.5毫居里的NaH_2~P(32)O_4标记的磷酸铵3.2克(18~46)*,全部于播种前层施土表下7厘米。 供试品种为我院麦作所提供的 75-2A×7046-5(下称杂交种),7046—5(下称恢复系)、75-2B(下称保持系)及辽春6号春小麦。4月18日播种,4月28日出苗,5月9日三叶期,5月15日拨节初,6月3日抽穗,7月7日成熟。经实测计算,发现杂交种春小麦有如下几方面特性:
Currently on how to improve the utilization of chemical fertilizers, mainly from the type of fertilizer itself and dosage forms, application techniques and crop breeding three aspects. This experiment attempts to study the characteristics of hybrid spring wheat from the absorption of fertilizer to explore the significance of improving fertilizer utilization. Valsalva experiment using pots, 30 pots per bowl of sandy meadow soil. 1.466% soil organic matter, 53.4 ppm hydrolyzable nitrogen, 17.0 ppm available phosphorus, 260 ppm available potassium, and a pH of 7.3. In the experiment, two treatments of no fertilization and fertilization were repeated for 3 times. 2.0 g of urea with an abundance of 10.65 mol% of ~ N (15) per pot was diluted with 0.5 mmol of NaH 2 P (32) O 4 labeled phosphoric acid Ammonium 3.2g (18 ~ 46) *, all in the soil layer before sowing 7cm. The tested cultivars were 75-2A × 7046-5 (hereinafter referred to as hybrids), 7046-5 (hereinafter referred to as restorer lines), 75-2B (hereinafter referred to as maintainers) and Liao Chun 6 spring wheat provided by our institute. April 18 sowing, April 28 emergence, May 9, three-leaf stage, May 15 dial beginning, heading June 3, July 7 mature.
