泰国的住宅建设,走的是商品化道路。泰国的住宅大致可分为三种类型。第一,住宅。大多数是二层的住宅,单层的和三层的较少。这种住宅有独立式、双连式和联排式。其中新建住宅区供一般居民居住的多数是联排式。这种联排住宅都带前、后院,前院可停车。第二,多层平民住宅。这种住宅和我们国内的职工住宅差不多,但一般底层都架空,不住人,供停车用。多为一室户,每户32平方米,外廊式,多数为5层,售价约4 万铢。第三,公寓。过去建的大都是6—7层,现在建的都是十几层,每户有2—3卧室,2卫生间,有厨房、起居室,标准较高的设有游泳池。大的公寓内尚有
Housing construction in Thailand is taking the road of commercialization. Houses in Thailand can be roughly divided into three types. First, residential.
