新的形势使当代军校大学生的思想呈现出新的特点:总体上政治信仰坚定,但个别人思想上存有认知偏差;普遍渴望求知成才,但也有少数人有混学历的思想;思想观念空前解放,但理性思辩品格和严谨求实作风尚显不足;富有民主、平等先进意识,但又不自觉地沾染上了自由散漫习气;初具献身国防的思想,但又带有难耐艰苦和清贫的“贵族”情结;具备基本的道德修养,但慎独自律能力还不够强。针对当代军校大学生的这些思想特点,要搞好军队院校思想政治工作必须要有新的举措:一要更新观念,积极适应变化了的新时代;二要打牢基础,确保大学生政治上“不变质”;三要大胆创新,探索出符合军队院校特点的教育之路;四要改善环境营造健康向上的校园文化。
The new situation gives new thoughts to contemporary undergraduate cadets: new political beliefs are generally firm, but there are cognitive deviations in the minds of some individuals; common desire to learn from others, but there are also a few who have ideas of mixed academic qualifications; Liberation, but the style of rational speculation and rigorous realistic style of work is still inadequate; full of democracy and equality of advanced awareness, but unconsciously contaminated with free and diffuse habits; beginning to devote themselves to the idea of national defense, but with unspeakable hardship and poverty, “Nobility” complex; have the basic moral training, but pride and self-discipline is not strong enough. In view of these ideological features of contemporary military college students, we must take new measures to improve ideological and political work in military academies and schools: first, we must update our concepts and actively adapt to a new era of change; second, we must lay a solid foundation to ensure that undergraduates’ Third, we must boldly innovate and explore the education that matches the characteristics of military academies and universities. Fourth, we must improve the environment and create a healthy and progressive campus culture.
