目的利用加速度记录仪定量化评价蚓激酶(百奥)胶囊对急性脑梗死患者上肢运动功能恢复的疗效。方法选择入院的脑梗死偏瘫患者40例,随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)和在常规治疗基础上加用百奥胶囊(治疗组)。分别在治疗前、治疗4周后使用Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)评价患者上肢运动功能,应用功能独立性评定量表(FIM)评价进食、梳洗、穿脱上衣等功能,并在偏瘫侧手腕连续佩戴手表式加速度记录仪5d,评价昼间平均活动量及去趋势变化参数(dedrended fluctuation analysis,DFA)。结果治疗4周后,两组患者FMA评分、昼间活动量以及DFA参数较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蚓激酶胶囊能有效促进脑梗死偏瘫患者运动功能恢复,加速度记录仪能够用于定量化评价脑梗死患者上肢的运动功能。
Objective To quantitatively evaluate the effect of lumbrokinase (Baiao) capsule on the recovery of motor function of upper limbs in patients with acute cerebral infarction by using acceleration recorder. Methods Forty patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia were randomly divided into conventional treatment group (control group) and Baiao capsule (treatment group) on the basis of routine treatment. The patients’ upper extremity motor function was assessed by Fugl-Meyer scale (FMA) before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment. The functional independence scale (FIM) was used to evaluate the function of feeding, grooming, Continuously wear a watch type accelerometer 5d to evaluate daytime average activity and dedrended fluctuation analysis (DFA). Results After 4 weeks of treatment, FMA scores, daytime activities and DFA parameters in both groups were significantly improved (P <0.05), but the treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Lumbukin capsule can effectively promote the recovery of motor function in hemiparetic patients with cerebral infarction. The accelerometer can be used to quantitatively evaluate the motor function of upper limbs in patients with cerebral infarction.
