Subluxation of the sacro-iliac joint is acommon cause of low back pain.Manipula-tive technics for anterior and posterior su-bluxation are described in detail.BetweenJanuary 1981 and April 1982 a series of 65cases were treated by manipulative methods,with 60 patients(92.3%)showing satisfactoryresults.Such manipulation is effective,sim-ple and safe.
