目的:探析意外怀孕的原因与预防措施,以降低人工流产以及药物流产率。方法:回顾性分析我院2012年10月-2013年12月门诊收治的202例因意外怀孕而终止妊娠的妇女的临床资料。结果:202例意外怀孕患者中,30-39岁意外怀孕103例(51.0%),初中文化水平117例(57.9%),流产1次127例(62.9%),生育1次93例(46.0%)。带环受孕23例(10.4%),脱环受孕17例(8.4%),避孕药(具)失败55例(27.2%),未采取任何避孕措施103例(51.0%),结扎失败2例(1.0%),其他4例(2.0%)。结论:应加强宣传与普及避孕知识的力度,增强育龄妇女自我保护意识,主动采取有效的避孕措施,以防意外怀孕。
Objective: To explore the causes of unwanted pregnancies and preventive measures to reduce abortion and abortion rates. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from October 2012 -2013 December outpatient treatment of 202 cases of unintended pregnancy and termination of pregnancy in patients with clinical data. Results: Among 202 unplanned pregnant women, 103 (51.0%) were pregnant with unwanted pregnancy at 30-39 years old, 117 (57.9%) with junior middle school education, 127 (62.9%) with first abortion and 93 (46.0% ). There were 23 cases (10.4%) with ring pregnancy, 17 cases (8.4%) with decongestation, 55 cases (27.2%) with contraceptive failure, 103 cases without any contraception (51.0%), 2 cases with failed ligation 1.0%), the other 4 cases (2.0%). Conclusion: The publicity and popularization of contraceptive knowledge should be strengthened, the self-protection awareness of women of childbearing age should be enhanced, and effective contraception should be actively taken to prevent unwanted pregnancies.
