(《道藏》)【歌诀】天王补心柏枣仁,二冬生地与归身。三参桔梗朱砂味,远志茯苓共养神。或以菖蒲更五味,劳心思虑过耗真。【组成】生地黄四两,柏子仁、炒酸枣仁、天冬、麦冬、当归、五味子各一两,人参、玄参、丹参、桔梗、远志、茯苓各五钱。【用法】共为细末,炼蜜为小丸,朱砂为衣,每服9g,温开水送下。亦可水煎服。(一方无五味子,有石菖蒲四钱)。【功用】滋阴养血,补心安神。【主治】阴虚血少,神志不安。症见心悸失眠,虚烦神疲,梦遗健忘,手足心热,口舌生疮,舌红少苔,脉细数。

Symptoms see palpitations insomnia, Insufficiency Fatigue, forgetfulness dreams, hand, foot and heart heat, mouth sores, tongue red little moss, pulse breakdown.
