生物固氮是自然界氮素循环的重要环节,根瘤固氮约占整个生物固氮的33—35%。大豆、花生和根瘤菌的共生固氮对于豆科作物产量,维持氮素平衡,培肥地力等方面起着重要作用。我们自1978年以来,从美国和兄弟省引进大豆、花生根瘤菌株33个,经砂培、水培、小区试验及根瘤固氮活性测定,筛选出大豆根瘤菌61A76、2027、005三个;花生根瘤菌009和32HI 二个。通过全省4年的试验、示范和推广,至1981年大豆、花生菌肥的使用
