国内生产的下动式液压板料折弯压力机,都是通过行程伺服阀来控制滑块上行程的终点位置。此法结构简单,调整方便,重复定位精度高,已得到广泛采用。但在使用中经常发生强烈的自激振动。系统的振动不仅产生尖锐的噪声,有时还损坏机件。这是一个急待解决的普遍现象。一、滑块上行程的控制和要求当系统加压时,油缸柱塞上升,滑块带动斜铁(斜铁通过连接杆固定在滑块上)一道上移。当斜铁推动阀心右移时,锥形密封口打开,系统中压力油与回油口相通,系统降压。
