影响酸性磷类试剂分馏萃取稀土产品纯度的主要因素有原料组成、分离系数、混合萃取比、流量波动和分离流程。采用理论分析和计算机动态仿真研究了这些因素对稀土分离产品纯度的影响。研究结果表明,分馏萃取法制备纯度高于99.999%的稀土分离产品时,应选择目标元素纯度≥99%的稀土原料,采用先AB/C分离后接有机进料A/B分离的工艺流程来分离原料中的稀土杂质,尽可能减小流量的随机波动,以及适当降低水相酸度。
The main factors influencing the purity of fractionation and extraction rare earth products of acid phosphorus reagent are raw material composition, separation factor, mixed extraction ratio, flow fluctuation and separation process. The effects of these factors on the purity of rare earth separation products were studied by theoretical analysis and computer simulation. The results showed that when fractional extraction was used to prepare the rare earth separation product with the purity higher than 99.999%, the rare earth raw material with the purity of the target element ≥99% should be selected.
