重症脑血管病在临床上很常见,严重危害着人类的生命和健康,气管切开在此类疾病的抢救中起着极其重要的作用。通过总结近两年救治的9例不同程度呼吸功能障碍、昏迷的脑血管病例的临床资料,并加以分析,讨论气管切开在其抢救中主要通过三大机制起到其重要甚至为决定性的作用。其一,有效的避免因窒息或气道阻塞而致的缺氧及其严重并发症。其二,及时清除分泌物痰液等起到预防和治疗肺部感染的作用。其三,及时建立人工呼吸,给脑细胞恢复创造了时机,给抢救的成功创造了条件。总之气管切开从中枢及周围两方面支持呼吸功能,保证了生命器官的供氧,打断了缺氧造成的恶性循环。因而气管切开在抢救此类疾病中有重要的临床意义

In short tracheotomy from both the central and surrounding support respiratory function, to ensure the oxygen supply of vital organs, interrupted by the vicious circle of hypoxia. Therefore, tracheotomy in the rescue of such diseases have important clinical significance
