在MPX 2 0 0 0盘 销式摩擦磨损试验机上 ,对比了表层材料中含无机填料和不含填料的两种EMP复合材料与钢在油润滑条件下的摩擦磨损特性 ,用扫描电镜观察试样磨损表面形貌并分析其磨损机理。结果表明 :含无机填料的EMP材料对试验载荷和转速的适应范围比不含填料的EMP材料广 ,其稳定滑动摩擦系数介于 0 0 5 8~ 0 0 77之间 ;后者在试验临界转速内的稳定滑动摩擦系数介于 0 0 2 2~ 0 0 5 5之间 ,其平均磨损率比前者约高 0 0 0 5~ 0 0 0 8mm/km。这对以控制摩擦与磨损为主要目的两种EMP材料的使用与设计有一定的指导意义。
The friction and wear characteristics of two kinds of EMP composites with steel filler and non-filler material in the surface layer were compared on the MPX 2000 disc friction wear tester with oil lubricated condition. The samples were observed under scanning electron microscope Wear surface morphology and analyze its wear mechanism. The results show that the EMP materials containing inorganic filler have a wider adaptability to test load and rotation speed than EMP materials without filler, with a stable sliding friction coefficient of between 0 0 5 8 and 0 0 77; The stable sliding friction coefficient is between 0 0 2 2 and 0 0 5 5, and the average wear rate is about 0 0 0 5 ~ 0 0 0 8mm / km higher than the former one. This is of some guiding significance for the use and design of two EMP materials with the main purpose of controlling friction and wear.
