2013年9月22日至9月28日,作为地方志工作领域的一员新兵,我参加全国地方志工作机构新任负责人培训班。中指组为本次培训班设置了国务院《地方志工作条例》政策解读、方志发展史、编纂的基本理论与方法、地方志事业发展现状及实践、如何建好方志馆、年鉴发展历程及编纂方法、志书出版主要环节和注意事项,以及加强地方志工作领导和管理等相关知识。这是一次精心筹备,内容丰富的培训,授课教师都是我国方志界的专家学者,有理论、有实践、针对性强。特别是在课堂上,学术氛围浓厚,
