目的分析2 0 1 2年天津市嘉陵道社区6 0~7 4岁常驻居民大肠癌筛查结果,找出该社区大肠癌高危人群的分布特点,为进一步开展大肠癌的筛查、防治工作提供参考。方法对8 0 4 7例符合要求的社区居民,采用《大肠癌筛查数量化风险评估问卷》调查和粪便潜血试验(F O B T)相结合的方法进行大肠癌初筛,初筛为高危人群者转入上级医院行纤维结肠镜检查精筛。结果 2 0 1 2年该社区6 0~7 4岁居民大肠癌初筛阳性率为6.0%,不良生活史和慢性便秘史是初筛阳性人群较常见的高危因素,女性大肠癌初筛阳性率显著高于男性,随着年龄的增长,大肠癌初筛阳性率总体呈现上升趋势,但6 5~6 9岁年龄段的人群最高。文化程度较高的大学、大专组和文盲组大肠癌初筛阳性率较高;该社区F O B T初筛和结肠镜精筛顺应性低。结论应加强大肠癌防治健康教育,提高居民防治意识,并根据居民不同性别、年龄、文化程度特点,有重点地开展大肠癌的筛查和防治工作。
Objective To analyze the screening results of colorectal cancer among resident residents from 60 to 74 years old in Jialing Road community in Tianjin in 2012 and find out the distribution characteristics of the high risk group of colorectal cancer in this community. To further carry out screening and prevention of colorectal cancer for reference. Methods Totally 847 community residents were enrolled in this study. Primary colorectal cancer was screened by the survey of quantitative risk assessment of colorectal cancer screening and fecal occult blood test (FOBT) Into the higher hospital fiber colonoscopy fine sieve. Results In 2012, the positive rate of colorectal cancer screening among residents aged 60 to 74 years was 6.0%. The poor life history and chronic constipation history were the most common risk factors for primary screening. The positive rate of screening for colorectal cancer in women Significantly higher than men, with age, the positive rate of primary screening of colorectal cancer showed an upward trend overall, but the highest population of 65 to 69 years of age. The pre-screening positive rate of colorectal cancer was higher in undergraduate, junior college and illiterate groups with higher education level. The community F O B T screening and colonoscopy fine screening had low compliance. Conclusion The prevention and cure of colorectal cancer should be strengthened and the consciousness of prevention and control of residents should be enhanced. According to the characteristics of residents with different genders, ages and education levels, the screening and prevention of colorectal cancer should be focused.
