振动钻削是解决小直径深孔加工难题的有效工艺方法之一。其钻削效果主要取决于振动系统的性能、钻头的设计和振动钻削工艺参数的选择。本文介绍了我们设计的新型振动系统和DF钻头,并对孔径Φ6mm和Φ8mm的深孔进行了振动钻削实验,效果良好。
Vibration drilling is to solve the problem of small diameter deep hole processing an effective method. The drilling effect depends mainly on the vibration system performance, bit design and vibration drilling process parameters of choice. This paper introduces the new vibration system and the DF drill that we design, and performs the vibration drilling experiment on the deep holes with diameters of 6mm and 8mm.
