At present, foreign countries have successfully used compensated foundations on soft soil foundations to build a number of high-rise buildings. In China, compensated foundations have not been noticed by people, and there is a lack of in-depth research on them. Apply the successful example of its principle consciously. The compensation foundation is more difficult than the pile foundation in the design and construction, but besides the situation that the non-piles cannot work, it is necessary to fully consider the compensation foundation. In foreign countries, the compensation foundation has also experienced a tortuous development path. For example, in Japan, it was adopted at the end of 1954, and the area completed at the beginning of 1965 showed an increasing trend. Since then, the compensation basis was almost in a standstill state. Until recently, the compensation basis has been re-evaluated. Prof. Yoshimi Katsushi of Japan and other 19 buildings
