在暗适应情况下,以色光闪烁触合临界频率作为正常人红绿光感受性的指标。实验证明,针刺眼的远隔穴位光明,对受试者的色光感受性没有引起明显的变化,然而外刺近隔穴位阳白,却引起了主要为红光感受性升高,绿光感受性降低的变化。从后一结果来看,既说明眼的活动与近隔穴位阳白有机能联系,也说明针刺阳白治疗色盲是有一定的科学根据的。队:医29班及34班色觉科研小组学生孙之涧、李桂兰、张惟媞、金培贞、冯惠月、苏纯信、张秋云、孙建芳等曾参加一部份实验工作。
