目的分析在预防重症产妇剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成中应用护理干预的临床价值。方法研究对象选取该院于2015年8—2016年8月间收治的予以剖宫产术重症产妇100例,以随机数字表法完成患者的随机分组,对照组(50例)与观察组(50例)。其中对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以综合护理干预。对两组重症产妇下肢深静脉血栓的产生率与下肢肿胀的产生率进行观察统计。结果产妇在实施不同的护理干预之后,观察组重症产妇的下肢肿胀产生率、下肢深静脉血栓的产生率相比对照组显著更低,以统计学软件检验数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对重症产妇予以剖宫产手术之后采取护理干预措施,可以对下肢深静脉血栓的形成进行有效预防,临床意义显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of nursing intervention in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after severe cesarean section. Methods Subjects 100 cases of severe maternal women under cesarean section were enrolled from August 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital. Patients were randomly divided into groups according to random number table. The control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases) example). Among them, the control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs and the incidence of lower extremity swelling in two groups were observed and statistically analyzed. Results After the implementation of different nursing interventions, the rate of lower extremity swelling and the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Statistical software showed statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nursing interventions for caesarean section after severe maternal operation can effectively prevent the formation of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. The clinical significance is significant.
