During the most recent period, newspapers and magazines from all over the country reported on the improvement of education in rural primary schools and the solution to the problems of the children of the poor and the middle-aged farmers. In order to make it easier for educators in our province to learn the experience of these foreign countries, we must give a comprehensive introduction as follows: First, rely on the leadership of party committees at all levels to do a good job of propaganda and mobilization. Licheng County, Shanxi Province has achieved two-rely-to-go and three-pronged links in the popularization of education: relying on the leadership of the party, relying on the poverty and the lower-middle-agricultural committees, hanging up parents’ hooks, hanging up the poverty-stricken middle-aged farmers, and hanging up the cadre hooks. Under the leadership of the Party Committee of the Commune, the school management committee is composed of the secretary of the brigade branch, the leader of the brigade, the propaganda committee member of the Party branch, the women’s federation cadre, school teachers, parents’ representatives, the poor and the lower middle peasants to study the school work and adopt various methods to improve the school-age children’s special It is the school enrollment rate for the poor and the middle-aged farmers. Yingdu District, Nan’an County, Fujian Province and Wang Daben and Yanqiao West Villages in Hebei Province under the leadership of the Party, through socialist education, conducted propaganda and education in the form of recall comparisons and discussion. The cadres and the masses should be made aware that the participation of the poor and the children of the middle and lower-income rural households is a matter of implementing the class line and recognizing the importance of the culture of the poor and the middle-aged children. In this way, the masses are enthusiastically sending their children to school.
