取 1ｃｍ左右的花蕾 ,分为 2～ 4块 ,接种到 3种分化培养基 :①含 6-苄基嘌呤 ( 6-ＢＡ) 2ｍｇ/Ｌ和萘乙酸 (ＮＡＡ)0 5ｍｇ/Ｌ的改良ＭＳ培养基 ;②含 10ｍｇ/Ｌ激动素的改良ＭＳ(ＫＴ)培养基 ;③含 6-苄基嘌呤 ( 6-ＢＡ) 10ｍｇ/Ｌ和吲哚乙酸 (ＩＡＡ) 0 5ｍｇ/Ｌ的改良Ｍ
Take about 1cm buds, divided into 2 to 4, was inoculated into three kinds of differentiation medium: ① containing 6-benzyl-purine (6-BA) 2mg / L and naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) ; ② modified MS (KT) medium containing 10 mg / L kinetin; ③ modified M containing 10 mg / L 6-benzyl purine (6-BA) and 0-5 mg / L indole acetic acid (IAA)
