目的:探究经输尿管镜行气压弹道碎石泌尿外科急诊临床中的应用价值。方法:选取我院泌尿外科2013年5月~2015年9月收治的80例输尿管结石患者作为研究对象,在征得患者同意下采取等距随机抽样法分为对照组及研究组各40例,对照组采取体外冲击波碎石术治疗,研究组经输尿管镜行气压弹道碎石术治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效差异。结果:研究组患者一次性碎石成功率、结石清除率、并发症发生率、VAS评分与对照组相比较,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经输尿管镜行气压弹道碎石术能够显著提高泌尿外科急诊患者临床治疗效果,值得在今后治疗工作中推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the emergency department of urology. Methods: Eighty patients with ureteral calculi admitted to Department of Urology from May 2013 to September 2015 in our hospital were enrolled. 40 patients were randomly divided into control group and study group with the consent of patients. The control group was treated by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. The study group was treated by pneumatic lithotripsy of ureteroscope. The difference of clinical curative effect between the two groups was compared. Results: The success rate of one-time lithotripsy, stone clearance rate, complication rate and VAS score of the study group were statistically significant (P <0.05) compared with the control group. Conclusion: The ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy can significantly improve the clinical treatment of emergency urology patients, it is worth to promote the use of future treatment.
