对上海地区地源热泵单U型地埋管换热器的运行进行实验研究,建立地埋管传热模型,且对实验数据进行理论计算并验证,以探究地埋管的壁厚对地源热泵运行效果的影响。研究结果表明:在上海地区,常用的40 mm聚乙烯(PE80)地埋管壁厚每增加0.5 mm,埋管内进出口平均水温上升约0.18℃,地源热泵机组的COP下降约0.5%。这将为上海地区地埋管换热器的设计提供一定的参考作用。
In this paper, an experiment was conducted on the operation of a U-type ground tube heat exchanger in Shanghai area. The heat transfer model was established and the theoretical calculation and verification of the experimental data were carried out to investigate the effect of buried pipe wall thickness on ground source Effect of heat pump operation. The results show that the average water temperature at entrance and exit of buried PE pipe increases about 0.18 ℃ for each 0.5 mm increase of wall thickness of commonly used 40 mm polyethylene (PE80) buried pipe in Shanghai, and the COP of ground source heat pump unit drops about 0.5%. This will provide a reference for the design of buried pipe heat exchangers in Shanghai.
