目的:了解放射诊疗项目机房防护状况,指导放射防护监督工作,保障放射工作人员与受检者的健康和安全。方法:查阅2005年、2007年、2009年和2011年该地22家医院放射诊疗机房放射防护检测报告。放射诊断机房、放射治疗机房、核医学工作场所放射性污染状况,分别对机房周围辐射防护水平,机房工作指示灯配备情况,机房电离辐射警示标志和患者防护用品配备情况进行数据统计分析。结果:该地22家医院放射诊疗设备不断更新,大型放射治疗项目快速增加,机房周围的辐射防护水平超标率逐年降低,工作场所警示标志和防护用品等配备情况明显好转。结论:应继续加大放射防护监测的范围和力度,实现放射防护监督的法制化和规范化管理要求。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the state of protection of the radiation room in radiation room, guide the radiation protection and supervision, and ensure the health and safety of radiation workers and subjects. Methods: Check the radiation protection testing reports of radiology clinic rooms in 22 hospitals in this area in 2005, 2007, 2009 and 2011. Radiation diagnosis room, radiotherapy room, nuclear medicine workplace radioactive contamination status, respectively, the level of radiation protection around the engine room, engine room equipped with work lights, engine room ionizing radiation warning signs and patient protection supplies with the data statistical analysis. Results: Radiotherapeutic facilities of 22 hospitals in this area were continuously updated, the number of large-scale radiotherapy projects increased rapidly, the rate of over-standardization of radiation protection around the engine room decreased year by year, and the warning signs and protective equipment in the workplace were obviously improved. Conclusion: The scope and intensity of radiation protection monitoring should continue to be strengthened to achieve the legalization and standardized management of radiation protection supervision.
