起这个题目并非哗众取宠,这是笔者多年从事公关教学和研究的深刻感悟。一提起公关危机管理,很多人认为是危机发生之后,组织所采取的一系列补救工作,甚至是一些业内人士也这样认为。但危机一旦发生,轻者造成物资损失,重者造成人员伤亡。重特大事故还经常牵连相关责任部门,相关责任人调离岗位,降职处理,引咎辞职甚至被刑事处罚。
This issue is not from the grandstanding, this is the author for many years in public relations teaching and research of profound insights. When it comes to crisis management in public relations, many people think that after the crisis, the organization has taken a series of remedial measures, and even some people in the industry think so. However, in the event of a crisis, light goods cause material losses and heavy casualties. Serious accidents are often implicated in the relevant departments of responsibility, the relevant responsible person transferred from the post, demotion, resign or even be punished by criminal penalties.
