非高炉炼铁技术(或称非焦炼铁技术)是当今钢铁冶金发展的前沿技术之一。近年世界直接还原铁产量增长迅速,约占全球铁总产量的7.4%;熔融还原工艺中仅COREX工艺和FINEX工艺实现了工业化生产,但生产成本未达到预期,有待完善。非高炉炼铁技术是解决我国钢铁工业实现可持续发展,适应日益提高的环境保护要求及提高钢铁产品质量和品质的重要途径。受资源的制约,我国直接还原铁生产的发展缓慢,产量不到全球直接还原铁(DRI)产量的1.0%。根据我国的资源状况、能源条件和发展的需要分析,熔融还原与煤制气—竖炉直接还原技术将具有广阔的发展前景。
Non-blast furnace ironmaking technology (also known as non-coke iron technology) is one of the cutting-edge technologies in today’s iron and steel development. In recent years, the world’s direct reduced iron production increased rapidly, accounting for about 7.4% of the global iron production; only the melting reduction process COREX process and FINEX process to achieve industrial production, but the production costs did not meet expectations, to be improved. Non-blast furnace ironmaking technology is to solve China’s steel industry to achieve sustainable development, to meet the increasing environmental protection requirements and improve the quality of steel products and an important way. Due to the restriction of resources, the production of DRI in China is developing slowly, and its production is less than 1.0% of the global DRI production. According to China’s resource status, energy conditions and the needs of the development of analysis, melting reduction and coal gas - shaft furnace direct reduction technology will have broad prospects for development.
