对永钢1050m~3高炉高产低耗生产实践进行了总结。通过采取提高低硅冶炼稳定性、提高高炉煤气利用率、调整煤气流分布、提高高炉规范化操作水平、提高高炉定量化管理水平、提高渣铁排放管理水平等措施,实现了高产低耗生产。2014年下半年,1050m~3高炉日均产量较2013年同期持续升高,利用系数达3.52~3.64;1050m~3高炉燃料比逐月降低,与同等冶炼条件的10号1080m~3高炉相比,燃料比降低5~8kg/t。
The production practice of 1050m ~ 3 blast furnace in Yonggang was summarized. Through the measures such as improving the stability of low silicon smelting, increasing the utilization rate of blast furnace gas, adjusting the gas flow distribution, raising the standard operation level of blast furnace, raising the quantitative management of blast furnace and raising the management level of slag and iron, the production with high yield and low consumption is realized. In the second half of 2014, the average daily production of 1050m ~ 3 blast furnace continued to increase as compared with the same period in 2013, and the utilization coefficient reached 3.52 ~ 3.64. The fuel ratio of 1050m ~ 3 blast furnace decreased month by month. Compared with No.10 1080m ~ 3 blast furnace with the same smelting conditions , The fuel ratio is reduced by 5 ~ 8kg / t.
