为什么用维生素D治疗佝偻病时可诱发手足搐搦症? 小儿血清钙浓度经常处于10-11.5毫克%左右,一般血钙降低至7-7.5毫克%时即可发生手足搐搦症。血钙浓度的动态平衡主要依靠甲状旁腺、甲状腺、维生素D对小肠、骨、肾的调节来维持。血钙与血磷之间通常还存在着相互拮抗的关系,如血磷升高时血钙水平则相应下降。维生素D的主要生理作用是促进小肠吸收钙、磷,促进肾小管对磷的重吸收,并促进血钙以钙盐形式在骨组织沉着。甲状旁腺的主要生理作用是促进骨骼中钙盐重新释放
