本文首先介绍了金融危机的概况,然后从五个方面论述了对我国经济的影响:出口面临挑战,中国经济增长的速度放缓,美元储备损失,外商直接投资撤资加剧,热钱大量涌入中国,影响国内消费和加剧失业的严峻形势。最后从六个方面分析了我国应对金融危机的对策:扩大内需,加快经济发展方式的转变,提高出口退税率以促进出口,适度推行信贷紧缩政策,避免影响实体经济增长,促进产业结构调整,充分利用大量的外汇储备和保持人民币汇率政策的稳定。
This article first introduces the general situation of the financial crisis and then discusses the impact on our economy from five aspects: the export is facing challenges, the slowdown of China’s economic growth, the loss of the U.S. dollar, the withdrawal of foreign direct investment and the influx of hot money in China, The grim situation that affects domestic consumption and aggravates unemployment. Finally, it analyzes the countermeasures of our country to deal with the financial crisis from six aspects: expanding domestic demand, speeding up the transformation of economic development mode, raising the export tax rebate rate to promote exports, moderately implementing the credit tightening policy, avoiding affecting the real economy growth and promoting the industrial restructuring Make full use of foreign exchange reserves and maintain the stability of the RMB exchange rate policy.
