本文观察了冬初三种加速冷适应方法的效果。受试者为1994年1月由汉中地区入伍的135名汉族健康男性新兵。随机分成单纯训练组,冰水浸泡双手组,冰碴按摩双手组。结果表明,实验第4天三个组血管寒冷反应指数(VRCI)较实验前均有非常明显提高,但三组间无明显差别;第7天三组实验则有明显差别,后二组耐寒力优于同期前一组。提示:非特异性应激和较强冷刺激能加速冷适应形成;冷刺激局部穴位群,有可能产生较好的冷适应效果。
In this paper, we observed the effects of three accelerated cold acclimation methods in early winter. The subjects were 135 Han healthy male recruit enlisted from Hanzhong area in January 1994. Randomly divided into simple training group, ice water immersion hands group, ice ballast massage hands group. The results showed that on the fourth day of the experiment, the VRCI of the three groups increased significantly compared with that before the experiment, but there was no significant difference among the three groups. On the seventh day, there was a significant difference between the three groups, Better than the previous group. Hint: Non-specific stress and strong cold stimulation can accelerate the formation of cold acclimation; cold stimulation of local acupoints group may have better cold adaptation effect.
