我们都知道汽车燃烧的是汽油,只有人才会喝酒,但是用不了多长时间,中国的汽车将喝上掺有酒精的乙醇汽油。这一切变化都是起因于我国正在开始推行的一项车用乙醇汽油推广计划。4月中旬,国家计委宣布,从现在起,将把车用乙醇汽油作为一项战略性决策来实施。为此,中央人民广播电台《新闻背景》记者杜昌华(本刊特邀)采访了国家计委产业发展司刘铁男司长下面就是这次采访的问答。
