杜郎口教学新模式的推广与实施推动了教师角色的转变,对教师来说无疑是一种挑战。教师要与自主高效课堂同行,必须从传统的角色中走出来,了解教育工作以及社会对教师角色的新期待,明确自己在新课程背景下的角色定位。教师在新课程中的最大变化是角色的变化。对教师来说最根本的是对角色的挑战,包括教育观念上的挑战,教学习惯上的挑战,新的教学情境的挑战,对知识储备的挑战,信息技术的挑战,新的学习方式的挑战。教师正确认识自己在新课程下学习杜郎口教学的角色,将直接影响着教师素质的提高和教师职能的发挥,进而影响教学的实际效果。因此,教师要尽快适应新课程就必须首先转换自己的角色。
