在多数理论课程的教学实践中,微课结合现代多媒体技术渐渐被应用到各科教学中,得到教学反馈非常有效,但是微课很少被应用到体育课程,本文主要以研究微课在提高体育健美操教学中的应用为主要目的,采用微课的方式来达到新的教学方式,进一步培养学生的综合能力,并作为在体育课程中的示范和引导,同时分析微课在大学健美操教学中的应用。
