祝贺宪法学研究会成立20周年,也感谢它多年来对我工作上的帮助。作为立法机关的工作人员,在研究会当中我最关注的是学术界与立法机关的联系与交流。我是1979年到全国人大常委会法制工作委员会工作的,在宪法学研究会成立以前,我就常到社科院法学所向专家请教,研究会成立时,我已结交了宪法学界的若干朋友,也是我的老师。 Congratulations on the 20th anniversary of the founding of the Symposium on Constitutional Law, and also for the help it has provided to me over the years. As a staff member of the legislature, what I am most concerned about at the seminar is the connection and exchange between academia and the legislature.
