8月10日,安县黄土镇明月村农技员官德勇的照片被贴上了该镇村级“三个代表”学教活动的宣传栏,成为全体学教对象学习的榜样。官德勇原是政府的招聘干部,回乡后利用自己的技术专长承包了100多亩果园,每年加上他外出作技术指导的劳务收入总共达7万多元。与官德勇一起上宣传栏的还有该镇其他致富能手、致富本领强的村干部和勤劳贤惠的好媳妇。
