N50-90型汽轮机第十七压力级装有169毫米叶片(以下简称“169”叶片).本省有九台汽轮机装有此种叶片,一九七九年以前叶片型线均为1132型,大多数机组发生复环、铆头及叶片断裂事故,这成为较长时期内的一大难题.尔后,各有关单位都积极探索或研究叶片事故的原因和防止叶片断裂事故的措施,使叶片事故大为减少,取得了明显效果.省内有关电厂也采取了一些措施,如换加厚叶片、改型叶片及加穿松拉金叶片.因为改进后的叶片在运行时间不太长的情况下,仍有事故发生,所以本文对改进前后的叶片事故进行比较分析,并对改型后的叶片事故进行重点分析.
