采用Fluent模型模拟了广州市东濠涌深层排水隧道泵站的三维流场,通过两种不同运行工况模拟,分析了泵站集水池、进水流道的水流过程,确定了不利流态区域及相应的工程解决方案。研究表明,闭式进水流道有较好的自清能力,当流量达到或者接近设计流量48 m~3/s时,进水管道中有很高的流速,有利于固体颗粒在水平管路内的输送,但是隧道出水井的上升流速太低(0.12~0.66 m/s),固体物质会进入竖井并沉积下来。在系统分洪运行工况中,启动排洪泵时需同步启动带除砂功能的排空泵,防止泥砂在泵站竖井中沉积。
Fluent model was used to simulate the 3D flow field of Donghao Chung deep drainage tunnel pumping station in Guangzhou City. In the system flood diversion operating conditions, when starting the flood discharge pump, the emptying pump with sand removal function needs to be started synchronously to prevent sediment deposition in the pumping station shaft.
