随着我国基础教育改革的不断深入,人们对孩子们学习语文知识的要求和能力不断提高。很多孩子学习语文积极性不高,兴趣不浓,信心不足,导致小学语文后进生有所增加。许多孩子的语文成绩虽然不好,但在其他方面表现突出,如虽然语文不好,但数学很好。由此可知,造成孩子们学习语文困难的主要是非智力因素。因此,语文后进生具有相对性、转化性,要让后进生和其他学生共同学习,营造轻松、愉悦、平等的学习环境。努力做好后进生转化工作,这对于落实素质教育、提高小学语文教学质量都具有非常重要的现实和历史意义。文章就如何转化后进生展开论述。
